Todd Watson is senior vice president with Hunt Realty Investments, Inc. He is primarily responsible for creating investment value in land assemblages by directing the entitlement and master planning of projects on behalf of Hunt Realty. He is also responsible for coordinating the efforts of the team through all phases including initial environmental review, due diligence and feasibility phase, development impact review, infrastructure design, budgeting, public finance structuring, negotiation with local municipalities and finalization of the final development plan.
